Q: Are you a Manufacturer or a Trading company?

A: We are both. We operate as a direct manufacturer with two independent workshops and full in-house production capabilities. At the same time, we also act as a trading company by sourcing reliable suppliers and high-quality products to meet your specific needs.

 

Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?

A: Absolutely! Samples are available upon request. Please note that sample costs are typically higher than bulk pricing, and shipping fees are usually covered by the customer. We can ship samples via DHL or FedEx, which typically takes 5–7 days for delivery.

Q: What are your delivery terms?

A: For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms: If damage occurs during shipping, we will file a claim with our insurance provider and arrange compensation for you.
For FOB (Free on Board) terms: You will need to handle any claims with your own insurance or shipping company.
Additionally, if you order through Alibaba, your purchase is protected. If there are any quality issues, Alibaba will refund your money in advance under their Trade Assurance service.

Q: What is your payment terms ?

A:
1. Account: Only accept remittance for business, including enterprise Alipay account.
2. Currency:
T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy or 100% L/C at sight for US Dollar ;
30% deposit and 70% balance before shippment for CNY included Tax .

Q: What is your production lead time?

A: Our typical production lead time is around 15-25 days after order confirmation. We usually keep stock for popular items to minimize wait times and ensure faster delivery.
